We carried out the partitions, ceilings, and drylining works on the landmark Lancaster Circus development in Birmingham — a purpose-built student accommodation scheme comprising 1,025 units. Strategically located in the heart of the city centre, adjacent to Aston and Birmingham City Universities, the striking C-shaped building features two angular towers rising to 13 and 24 storeys. Defined by their bold ‘razor’ edges and a sleek, gloss-black finish, the towers form a prominent new addition to the Birmingham skyline, with our high-quality interior fit-out helping bring the vision to life.
