With over 75 years of experience, Potter Cowan operates with a team of 50 staff across its contracts and distribution divisions. The company is headquartered in Belfast, with additional branches in Dublin and Cork, and serves a diverse client base across the UK and Ireland.
Since joining the Group, the integration has been seamless – a reflection of the strength and leadership of the Potter Cowan management team, led by Paul Lupari. The business continues to build on its long-standing reputation and success in the industry, with further developments and growth on the horizon.

Comfort Frame
Sustainable and energy efficient solutions
Comfort Frame, part of the Errigal Group, is a UK-based specialist in off-site manufactured Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) systems that enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and moisture control across a range of building types.
Their two core systems – Safeguard (stone wool core) and Premium (EPS core) – are pre-finished panels housed in a light gauge steel frame, designed for rapid installation with minimal disruption and no wet trades. Typically, a full room can be completed in a single day. Ideal for retrofit projects in social housing, education, healthcare, and heritage sectors, Comfort Frame’s solutions significantly reduce heat loss, damp, mould, and condensation. The Safeguard System is also certified for fire performance in buildings over 11 metres, ensuring both safety and sustainability.
