Our in-house design teams work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance, constructability, and clarity from concept through to construction.

Façade Design Services

We offer complete external envelope design packages, including:

  • Curtain walling, rainscreen systems, insulated panels, EWI render, precast panels, and SFS
  • Integrated detailing of windows, doors, louvres, balustrades, and bespoke architectural metalwork
  • Structural and thermal design including U-value calculations, wind loading, and fixings design
  • Façade-specific BIM modelling, COBie tagging, and multi-discipline clash coordination (LOD 100–500)
  • Fire strategy integration, Gateway 2 & 3 support, and assistance with testing and certification (CWCT, BS 8414, EN 13501)

Reclad remediation design

Specialists in façade remediation for safety and compliance upgrades:

  • Site assessment, surveys, and condition reports
  • Design and specification of compliant reclad solutions (rainscreen, EWI, curtain wall)
  • Integration of fire, thermal, acoustic, and structural requirements
  • Regulatory and fire safety compliance for HRBs, including BSA Principal Designer support
  • Full planning submission packs and liaison with local authorities

Data centre & technology Design

Full envelope and internal fit-out design for high-performance tech environments:

  • External envelope design as per façade scope (curtain wall, rainscreen, insulated panel systems)
  • Internal design of white space, MMRs, and service corridors including cleanroom finishes
  • Fire-rated, acoustic, moisture-resistant, and security-rated partition systems
  • BIM-integrated models and asset data to support commissioning, handover, and future maintenance

Internal Fit-Out & Drylining Design

Smart internal layouts tailored to building performance and end-user experience:

  • Partition design for fire, acoustic, thermal, and structural performance
  • Ceiling systems: MF, suspended grid, acoustic panels, and bulkhead detailing
  • Integration of services (MEP, containment, firestopping) into partition and ceiling systems
  • Detailed design support for risers, shafts, plant areas, and lift/stair cores
  • Compliance with Building Regulations and contribution to Gateway submissions for HRBs

Technical Design Capabilities

Structural: Partition loading, deflection heads, and structural coordination

  • Thermal: U-value calculations and thermal bridging analysis (1D, 2D, 3D)
  • Fire: Fire-rated build-ups, stopping strategies, and test application
  • Acoustic: Wall and ceiling designs to meet BB93, BCO, or bespoke criteria

Digital:

  • Full BIM delivery, COBie data, and clash detection (Revit, AutoCAD, LOD 100–500)
  • 3D building scanning using point cloud data to support accurate as-built models and design validation.
  • Integration of survey data into federated models for coordination and sequencing

Testing & Certification

Comprehensive testing, and certification:

  • Assistance with testing and certification including: (CWCT, BS 8414, EN 13501,
    EN 1364-1)
  • Acoustic Testing of bespoke systems – though wall tests, including glazing,
    rainscreen, windows, doors and curtain walling
  • Full CWCT testing – design of bespoke rigs to test: air permeability,
    weathertightness (static and hose), Wind Resistance – (serviceability and safety)
    and impact resistance
  • Bespoke Wind Loading Testing – to purge door and balcony doors
  • Fire Resistance Testing – of building materials, walls and partitions, suspended ceilings
