PROJECT INFO

The LON 01/02 project is a 5-storey, 10 Colo data centre located on Bashley Road in Acton, an area undergoing significant redevelopment. Enclosing a total floor area of 520,750 sq. ft. and delivering 96MW of data capacity, the facility represents a major addition to the region’s digital infrastructure.

The project featured a wide-ranging scope of works, including the installation of external cladding, mesh panels, louvres, and firestopping. Internally, our team delivered Whitewall systems, partitions, HAC frames and cladding, ceilings, bulkheads, fire encasements, secondary steel, doors, and final finishes – ensuring a robust and integrated construction solution tailored to the project’s technical and performance requirements.

“It’s been one year with the Errigal team on LON01/02, and we have seen a tremendous turnaround. To date, the cladding team has successfully completed LON01 and the Administration Building, with just a few minor items to close out in the New Year. LON02 is also on track. Internally, the team has fitted out 5 COLOs, working tirelessly to deliver a challenging programme while adapting to the ever-changing demands of DC coordination and sequencing with the MEP teams. They are now progressing through LON02, aiming to beat the 2025 target, applying valuable lessons learned. Both the external and internal teams have been fantastic - always available, consistently going above and beyond, and proving themselves to be a trustworthy and valued asset to the project.
