Works on the High Point Village project are currently underway as part of a comprehensive façade remediation programme delivered in accordance with the Building Safety Act Gateway approval process. The scope of works includes the careful removal of existing rainscreen, render, and timber façade panels, alongside the remediation and upgrade of insulation, cavity barriers, and associated support framing. These works are followed by the installation of fully compliant replacement façade systems, all carried out with a strong focus on fire safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and long-term building performance.
