Works on the FRA 31 project currently comprise the delivery of a comprehensive CSA fit-out to the data halls and associated administrative areas. The scope includes the coordinated installation of structural, architectural, and internal finishes, specifically drylining, internal and external doors, structural ceilings, suspended ceilings, tiling, sanitaryware, carpet, and vinyl flooring. All works are executed to the high standards required of a mission-critical environment, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, durability, precision, and interface coordination to ensure long-term operational performance and resilience of the facility.
