The Mullins Place project is currently in progress, focusing on a full façade and decking refurbishment. Works involve the removal of existing ACM cladding and timber decking, remediation and upgrading of insulation, cavity barriers, and support framing, followed by the installation of new aluminium cladding and decking panels. All activities are being carried out in line with current building regulations, with careful attention to fire safety, structural integrity, and long-term durability, ensuring the refurbished building envelope meets modern performance standards and regulatory requirements.
