As part of the Building Safety Fund initiative, the N26 project involved the complete removal and replacement of external cladding to enhance fire safety and compliance. Our team delivered a high-quality recladding solution that prioritised resident safety while maintaining the building’s aesthetic integrity. This included the substitution of the cladding system, cladding support frame, non-compliant insulation, fire barriers, membranes, and sheathing board with fully compliant alternatives. Additionally, we rectified the balconies by replacing non-compliant decking and soffits with approved, fire-safe solutions.
