The FRA5 project involved the delivery of a comprehensive internal and structural fit-out package, encompassing a wide range of specialist trades and finishes. Errigal’s scope included extensive drylining works, mesh installations, chase walls and the installation of both internal and external doors, including roller shutter doors. The project also incorporated RAF, structural ceilings and structural steel elements, forming key components of the building’s core infrastructure.

In addition to the primary construction works, the package included high-quality finishing elements such as tiling, sanitaryware installation, carpet and vinyl flooring, and suspended ceiling systems. Each aspect of the works was delivered in line with stringent quality, safety and technical standards, ensuring a coordinated and compliant finish that met the operational requirements of the FRA5 facility.
