Our work at 90 Long Acre involved installing partitions, suspended ceilings, secondary steel, joinery items, riser doors, and movement joints. Each element was carefully designed and implemented to accommodate structural movement, enabling the original 1970s building to settle seamlessly with the newly integrated slab and modern extension. This approach ensured both performance and longevity in a complex refurbishment setting.
