The SIN02 project involves the delivery of a comprehensive fit-out package, incorporating a wide range of structural, architectural and specialist systems. Errigal’s scope includes plasterboard partitions and ceilings, structural and secondary steel works, steel encasements, grid and baffle ceilings, white wall panels, mesh walls, glazed partitions and doors, alongside firestopping and smoke barrier installations.

The package also includes steel, timber and roller shutter doors, ceramic tiling, vinyl and carpet flooring, floor screeds, waterproofing and a range of painting and decorating finishes. Further works incorporate kitchens, fixed and loose furniture, IPS systems, toilet cubicles, sanitaryware and specialist security elements, including mantraps, turnstiles and security transfer trays. Together, these works deliver a coordinated, high-quality fit-out across the facility.
