Martina joined Errigal in 2009 as a Graduate and has since built an accomplished career, progressing through a range of roles to her current position as Group People and Culture Director. With over 15 years’ experience across multiple areas of the business, she brings a deep understanding of organisational operations and a strong strategic perspective.
