Mark Skinnader joined the Errigal team in 2015 as a Project Quantity Surveyor, playing a key role in supporting the launch and early growth of the Group’s Facades division. From the outset, Mark brought strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach that helped shape robust estimating and cost management processes within the business.

Through consistent performance and a deep understanding of façade systems, construction risk, and our Clients requirements, Mark progressed through the commercial and estimating functions, contributing to the successful securing and delivery of major projects across Ireland and the UK. Now serving as Group Estimating Director, Mark leads the Group’s estimating strategy, overseeing bid governance, risk management, and commercial input across all divisions. He works closely with senior leadership, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure Errigal continues to tender competitively while maintaining its high standards of quality, innovation, and delivery certainty.
