How do you stay motivated at work?

The people around help me stay motivated. When you are part of a team that supports each other and shares the same standards, it’s easier to stay motivated. There’s always something to learn here, whether it’s technical skills or better ways to manage time and tasks. That continuous development keeps things fresh and interesting for me.
