With over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Helena has developed a strong background in design delivery across a range of complex projects. She spent 10 years living and working in London, where she gained valuable experience on large-scale developments before joining Errigal in 2020.

Helena initially joined as a contract designer to support the Brunel Street project, before moving into a full-time role later that year as Design Department Manager. In this role, she led the development and coordination of design across multiple projects, helping to strengthen the company’s design capability during a period of significant growth.

In 2024, she progressed to the role of Design Director, where she oversees design strategy and delivery across the business. Her focus is on driving quality, innovation, and collaboration, while ensuring robust and efficient design processes that support successful project outcomes.
