What motivates you to come to work each day?

What motivates me to come to work each day is knowing that I’m helping apprentices stay on track and succeed in their careers. My role is all about keeping things organized—whether it’s managing paperwork, scheduling training, or supporting communication between apprentices, trainers, and employers. I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so the apprentices can focus on learning and growing. It’s rewarding to be part of their journey and know my work contributes to their success.

What does your role involve?

My role as a Training Co-Ordinator involves supporting the full apprenticeship journey—from onboarding to completion. I manage administrative tasks like registering apprentices, maintaining accurate records, and scheduling training sessions. I also act as a key point of contact between apprentices, trainers, and management, helping to keep communication clear and processes running smoothly. Ultimately, I support the team so that apprentices can focus on learning and development without administrative barriers.

Who inspires you on your team and why?

Someone who really inspires me on our team is Terry. His dedication to each apprentice’s progress, and the way he balances structure with genuine support, sets a great example.
