Damien co-founded Errigal in 1996 alongside Cormac McCloskey, establishing the business as Errigal Contracts with a focus on drylining, partition systems, and interior fit-out solutions. From these early foundations, he has led the company’s evolution into a diversified and internationally recognised organisation.

As Managing Director, Damien has been instrumental in transforming the business into Errigal Group, expanding its capabilities beyond its original core to include specialist divisions such as Errigal Contracts, Errigal Facades, and Errigal Technologies, alongside a number of complementary non-core businesses. This strategic growth has enabled the group to deliver complex, large-scale projects across multiple sectors and regions.

Under his leadership, Errigal Group has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability. Damien is known for his entrepreneurial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and ability to identify new opportunities, ensuring the continued growth and long-term success of the business.
