Alan joined the Company in 2012 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, progressing through several key roles and gaining extensive expertise across the Irish and UK fit-out markets before being appointed Commercial Director in 2019. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering commercially successful projects while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the fit-out business, with a professional focus that spans all stages of a project, from initial tender through to final account negotiations, ensuring that financial objectives are consistently achieved. His strategic approach, attention to detail, and commercial insight are key to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Known for his personable and dedicated approach, Alan works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver value at every stage. In addition, he plays a vital role in mentoring and developing the next generation of talent, actively supporting and guiding younger members of the Errigal Commercial team to help them reach their full potential.
